The 1st Inter-RENT Online Publication "NEW PERSPECTIVES ON FIRM GROWTH" was officially launched at the RENT XVIII Conference in Copenhagen on 26th of November, 2004 and published on this website on 30t of November. 2004.

There are four papers included in the book, which are:
(1) Strategic renewal and its effect on small firm performance (Folkeringa, Meijaard & van Stel)
(2) Small tourism firms and regional development: A New Zealand scenario (Ateljevic)
(3) Competitive positioning and resource configuration of small firms in a mature industry (Borch & Forsman)
(4) Factors influencing the use of external business advice by SMEs: Evidence from a sub-regional survey (Johnson, Webber & Thomas)

The publication also contains an editorial by Dr. Thomas M. Cooney and Dr. Pasi Malinen.

The 2nd Inter-RENT Online Publication "CHALLENGES IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND SME RESEARCH " was officially launched at the RENT XIX Conference in Naples on 18th of November, 2005 and published on this website on 16th of December 2005.

Besides a short editorial by Friederike Welter, there are four papers included in the book, which are:
